By the end of my senior year in college I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that I wanted to build a business as a social entrepreneur and help nonprofits.
I was able to secure an internship for a world class digital marketing agency right after college.
Interns exclusively consulted and worked with local nonprofits providing pro bono digital marketing services.
Here’s where I built my fundamental marketing, fundraising, and consulting skills.
Eventually I partnered with a fellow colleague and we launched our first nonprofit digital marketing agency for nonprofits.
It was a lot of hard work and I was all self taught,
… plus I made plenty of mistakes in those early days
I spent the first few years specializing in creating game changing WordPress sites for our nonprofit clients.

But I knew how important quality websites were to the success of the modern nonprofit and online fundraising, so I kept at it.
We saw Wounded Warrior Homes, our very first Nonprofit client raise over $95,000 in the very first year using Google Grants…
I truly watched in ‘awe’ with my former business partner at the impact and monthly revenue we helped generate for our first Google Grant client!
We inherently believed that cracking the ‘code’ for Google Grants would change the ENTIRE NONPROFIT INDUSTRY.
Soon after we brought on our 3rd business partner to help with offering Google Ad services.
We officially got our start by reaching out to two past website clients.

One of our clients was Wounded Warrior Homes, a 501(c)3 that provides long term transitional housing to military veterans.
I had served in the U.S. Air Force for 5 years and lived with student veterans in college, plus my twin brother served in the marines.

So my new business partner and I drove up to their nonprofit office in San Diego.
We honestly didn’t know what we were fully doing at the time, but we secured our clients buy in and their support.

I still remember hearing and reacting in real time to what our client reported back to us.…
We launched their Google Grant campaigns in December of that year.
I built the marketing pages and my partner Chandler created his first ever Google Ad campaigns.
